The staff was attentive and food delicious, especially the cocktails. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk to major attractions.

Service was inconsistent, especially with room service, and multiple complaints went unresolved—definitely affected our overall experience.

Three nights of indulgence! The exquisite room featured heated towels and a super comfy bed. Breakfast was exceptional, especially the salmon eggs Benedict. Cocktails were a highlight, with attention to detail. The concierge was incredibly helpful, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring. A blend of luxury and unique design, making it an unforgettable stay!

Unexpected mold ruin the stay

The view from our suite was breathtaking! The staff truly made an effort to accommodate us, and the cocktails at the bar were exceptional.

However, we encountered a significant issue—a huge mold patch in our room that made it uncomfortable. It was disappointing and quite concerning regarding cleanliness.

Highly recommend for families

We booked a family suite and it was perfect. The kids loved the little seating area and the staff even surprised us with a platter of fresh fruits for the kids after we arrived.

It wasn't exactly low-priced, but for the comfort and service we received, it felt reasonable.

Had a fabulous family suite with air conditioning and large walk-in shower. The balcony offered a charming view of the quiet street. Bathroom stocked with free toiletries, bathrobe, and hairdryer. Spa facilities included amazing massage options. The breakfast was a real treat with freshly baked pastries and organic juices. Staff were super helpful.

Can't recommend highly enough for a weekend getaway

Stylish hotel, friendly staff, with a great location amid stunning artwork and a vibrant bar that stays open late, making it a perfect spot just 1.5 km from the train station.

The oysters were to die for, and chef Vito's breakfast smacked of Venice magic! The cocktails? Pure artistry, especially the Robert de Niro. You can't miss that vibe!

Now, getting near St Mark’s was a bit of a trek, and while the transfers were smooth, they took a toll on the wallet.

I loved the unique design of Palazzina Grassi. The blend of modern touches with traditional Venetian decor made for a stunning environment. My room had beautiful oversized mirrors and was very comfortable. The staff consistently provided excellent service, really making me feel welcome. Breakfast had an extensive menu with delicious options. The location was quiet but still near key attractions. However, I did experience a few inconveniences. There was a party outside my room that kept me awake until early morning. It was frustrating because I had to call concierge for them to step in. The room seating could have been better. it felt a bit uncomfortable for lounging. Overall, I had a wonderful time but these areas could be improved.

I was really disappointed with the location. It was not as close to the main attractions as I was led to believe, making walking around cumbersome. Additionally, the breakfast was lackluster with limited choices. I expected much better for the price we paid. The drainage in the shower was clogged during our stay, which the staff addressed but took too long to resolve.
